Once the contract is confirmed we are responsible to you for providing the travel arrangements you have booked and you are responsible to us to pay for them. In parties of two or more people the person who makes the booking accepts responsibility for making payments to us for all members of the party.

Package Holidays Where We Are Your Tour Operator

We hold an ATOL (Air Travel Operator’s Licence) for the many holidays that we sell as a Jetline package. This means that all of the travel arrangements we sell are protected in case of financial failure and comply with the Package Travel Regulations 2018.

Protective Trust Services

We are a Member of PTS (Protective Trust Services).

All payments made for packages where we act as agent for another disclosed Tour Operator are held in a Trust account with Protective Trust Services (PTS) and paid directly to your supplier by the Trustees.

Other services such as hotels or flights sold in isolation may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.

If you make an online booking and later find your holiday combination on sale, and available, at a lower price somewhere else on the internet, we will refund the difference to you.

• The claim must be from the lead passenger on the booking.
• We can only price match a booking that has been made online.
• The lower price holiday must be accurately priced, available to book immediately online and be from an abta bonded company.
• The policy does not apply to bookings of 9 passengers or more.
• The policy only applies when both flights and accommodation are booked together under the same reference number, this does not apply to individually booked elements the price match is only valid on the total holiday cost and not individually priced elements.
• JetLine is an independent travel agent and does not organise package holidays. To make a claim It must be an exact match, for example, several companies now operate both a charter airline and a no frills airline and we do not price match from one to the other. Neither do we match a tailor made holiday against a package holiday
• This price match cannot be part of a discounted price due to a voucher or loyalty scheme redemption
• We at JetLine must be able to verify that the competitors price is based on exactly the same products booked, therefore you must email a screenshot of the final page of the booking process of the competitors website to [email protected] putting the word 'Price Match' in the subject. We cannot accept responsibility were you have failed to send us the information requested
• The email must be sent to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your online booking.
• Refunds, if applicable will only be made to the card used to purchase the holiday. We are unable to accept price matches for a booking that departs within 14 days of the date booked.

• Any law enforcement body, regulator, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary as a matter of applicable law or regulation or to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights

• Marketing: Where you have booked with us and you have not opted out of future contact, we may contact you by telephone e-mail, post or text message, to provide information about other goods and services that we offer that we think will be of interest to you.
• Promotional: If you participate in a promotion, such as a survey or competition, we will use the information you provide to carry out that promotion.
• Consent: You will be asked for your consent for us to provide you with future marketing information. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by contacting our Customer Services department.

My experience was shocking as they took…

My experience was shocking as they took my money for transfers and in their words never booked them as the offer had gone so left us stranded at Dubrovnik airport with no transfer to Montenegro. We had to pay with cash to get a taxi to the hotel no thanks to Jetliner. I emailed and rang several times to ask about the transfer details and was ignored only waiting at the airport did someone inform me they were never booked even though I paid. I would not recommend Jetline holidays from my experience. Book with a high street travel agent if require a package. First package booked in 20 years and was not as expected.

New to Jetline Vacations

We were able to customize our vacation package to our liking. Our agent worked with us to update our selection of dates, resort, room type, airline and flights. We were pleased to have two daily meals included in our vacation package price as well as transfers to and from the airport to our resort, which in our case included a ferry. Representatives were waiting for us holding up clearly printed signs with our names. It was very reassuring and removed a good deal of stress to not have to navigate our own transportation. Our vacation was a wonderful experience and an excellent value as well. We are very pleased. Our agent did a good job working with us on the details. I write this having just returned home from our wonderful vacation in Ischia Italy!

Flight cancelled same day of booking

We booked a 3 centre holiday, arriving in Prague and departing from Budapest. We received our flight confirmation and less than 3 hours later were told our return flight was cancelled. Ryanair refunded only on the cancelled flight, not the outward and their alternatives were either the day before or two days later. Jetline refuse to refund and alternative holidays we have offered to accept which show on the Mail Travel website as available, Jetline say are NOT available. We are now more than £400 out of pocket and having to fight for resolution.

End result entirely satisfactory despite some issues.

The holiday was a great deal, with ideal flight times in a highly rated hotel. Our Jetline contact was very helpful whilst we were going through the initial booking process but I had to chase to get the final booking confirmation and documents, having made a 50% deposit with no acknowledgement or receipt. To be fair, this was over the Easter weekend so some delay could have been anticipated. However, it did take a few calls to get everything sorted, and I didn’t speak with the original contact again. Also, one final e mail asking for a particular request to be sent to the hotel has been ignored (I have sent the request myself). One final thing, because of the way the package has been put together we have “flight only” bookings with the carrier. And that does make a difference with the carrier when it comes to booking assistance and baggage. Overall though, the end result has been entirely satisfactory.

This is my first experience with…

This is my first experience with Jetline Vacations. I am a little nervous after reading previous reviews. The price is right and Smith made the process easy. He made me feel comfortable during the calls. We spoke multiple times today! Hoping the rest of the process remains to be as seamless and remains to be a 5 star vacation.

Ash had to really work to get two…

Be very careful when using this company

I received an email form Daily Mail holidays, it had some good deals on it. I chose a couple of them, filled in my details and emailed the form to Jetline, which was the holiday company these deals were with I waited a couple of days, after hearing nothing I called Jetline. I spoke to one of their customer assistants (who I won’t name here) it was one of the hardest calls I’ve ever made. She couldn’t understand what I was saying, I had to repeat my selve numerous times. Finally I thought everything was understood, the lady said she would email me my holiday quote. A while later I received an email from said lady, but all it was, was a page from their online brochure with the hotel I had enquired about. After spending all that time on the phone, explaining what I wanted, dates, airports, transfers etc I was just sent the hotel page from their website. What was the point of me calling in the first place I called Jetline back the next day and spoke to the same lady, explaining what had happened. She apologised and said she would send the revised quote with all my requirements in 20mins It is now 3 days since that last call and surprise surprise, I haven’t received a thing from Jetline If this is how the company conducts itself before even booking a holiday, I can’t imagine the trouble you’d be in if something went wrong or you needed their help with any problem. Subsequently to this happening, I found out they had resigned from ABTA, but still belong to ATOL. Very dubious, I must say All I can say is,take care people when using this company

Sadly I can only give 3 stars due to…

Sadly I can only give 3 stars due to the strange communication and odd situation regarding my booking. I booked a trip to Krakow in May including flights, accommodation and transfers. No immediate confirmation was forthcoming so I was a bit worried as I had paid in full. I subsequently received a telephone call to say that my flights had had to be cancelled as Jetline were no longer able to book these on my behalf and the rep asked if I could rebook them myself which I did. He said that I would get a refund for the flights already paid for in a matter of days. However, 10 days later I am still waiting and have been told it will be another 7-8 days before my credit card is refunded. As I have now forked out twice for the flights and my credit card bill is due, I am rather unhappy about Jetline having use of my money in the meantime and for taking so long to refund. The lack of an immediate booking confirmation and subsequent accurate information given to me was concerning. Therefore, I would say book with Jetline with caution as this is the second time I have booked a holiday with them (there was a problem the first time too) and thought I would give them another chance, but am unlikely to use them again.

Please be aware that refunds can sometimes take a little time. I know it can be inconvenient, but we have several departments in various countries all with their procedures; and we may be awaiting a refund from your original flight supplier. Jetline holiday to Italy in March

I recently enjoyed a 1 week holiday to Venice and Rome booked via Jetline. The holiday included flights, a train journey to Rome plus a sightseeing tour. The holiday was excellent value and we were very happy with the overall experience. I am a middle aged woman, travelling with my teenage daughter and my mother. Both customer service representatives were flexible in helping to build a two centre holiday even though I questioned their recommendations. They were also quick to respond to queries and issues. The 3-star hotel in Venice was ideally located near San Marco Square and more than met our needs. The 3-star hotel in Rome was also well located close to good local restaurants. To note is that the representatives kept contacting me to secure the sale. I was sent all the documentation separately and I had to complete the online airline bookings. I chose to pay for extra luggage. I was concerned about the Wizz Air return flight as their online system did not work, however the actual flight and baggage reclaim were very smooth. There were also extra tourist taxes to pay at each hotel of a few euros per person per night, which I was not prepared for. The hotel in Rome was in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately we arrived late and missed the tour but it was a nice extra which was thrown in. We had a fabulous time in both locations. The weather was good and we visited before the peak season so missed the huge crowds. At this price the customer has to do a little more of the organising but well worth it.

The travel agent was very helpful and nice. But I personally think it is much easier to maneuver on a website to find the right date and right flight . But instead i had to go through every possiblity with the agent. I wished they would have a normal website like other online travel agencies.

Never Again

Hayden at Jet Line Travel was helpful from the start but that went downhill with the pandemic and surgery that precluded traveling. Company had $6,300 for over two years and refused to provide a refund as it was "not according to their policy!" They finally relented and promised to refund $3,300 keeping $3,000 for what amounted to no more than 5 hours of work. Promise to refund the $3,300 came with stipulation that it would take it would take 2 weeks that stretched into 14 working days that stretched into an additional week that.....Refund was eventually made but not without a lot of prodding and aggravation. NEVER AGAIN and I advise not booking with Jet Line Travel.

We booked a trip to Europe

We booked a trip to Berlin/Prague/Vienna/Amsterdam recently through Shalini at Jetline Vacations. Everything went super well and we were happy with the flight arrangements, hotel accommodations and transfers. Jetline does a great job with bookings and truly listens to your preferences. The Travel agent wasn't patient with me…

The Travel agent wasn't patient with me asking questions. i wanted a listing of the costs, from hotels, travel, and airfare. We are coming two months after the Olympics and most prices are showing lower after the event, on most all websites. We are still paying top dollar on hotel and bed and breakfast stays. This is a family trip and the group wanted to lock it in. We lost numerous people, stating the cost was to high.

Customer Service Needs a Lot of Improvement

Customer service is not good. I didn't receive documents when I was told I would. When I was sent the email, it was missing all of the trip information. Had to wait an additional day to receive the trip information. One of my hotels was changed without notice. My final flight is still not ticketed. It's not easy to get to my representative. I was successful after pressing. Doesn't make me feel confident that I'll have a pleasant trip without issue. More effort than I'd like to spend planning a trip that is planned by a travel company.

Bait and switch

Additional cost with airline company and direct flights. Doubling original promotion package. Early registration at hotel, which had been promised, was no arranged. Hotel charged an additional fee and were very accommodating. One of the tours was cancel, we were never notified before we arrived. I have emailed twice and phoned three time and have yet to talk to a person or received a response about a refund for the tour.
