Where can I drop off my luggage?

Luggage labels have been included with your eTickets and can be printed from Cruise Control. Please print as many as you need, complete the necessary information and attach these to your baggage prior to arriving at the wharf.

If you’re flying to or from the ship on P&O Cruises’ nominated flights on the day of sailing, it’s vital every item of luggage has a P&O Cruises identification label on it to assist us in transporting your entire luggage to and from the ship. Airline luggage restrictions apply to guests flying before or after their cruise.

Leave any bags that you do not wish to carry aboard at the luggage drop off area when you arrive at the wharf. Make sure you’ve filled in your luggage tags correctly and attached them to each of your bags.

The trains and stations of the Moscow Metro

The Moscow Metro is the third most intensive subway system in the world after Tokyo and Seoul subways. The first line was opened on May 15, 1935. Since 1955, the metro has the name of V.I. Lenin.

The system consists of 12 lines with a total length of 305.7 km. Forty four stations are recognized cultural heritage. The largest passenger traffic is in rush hours from 8:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00.

Cellular communication is available on most of the stations of the Moscow Metro. In March 2012, a free Wi-Fi appeared in the Circle Line train. The Moscow Metro is open to passengers from 5:20 to 01:00. The average interval between trains is 2.5 minutes.

The fare is paid by using contactless tickets and contactless smart cards, the passes to the stations are controlled by automatic turnstiles. Ticket offices and ticket vending machines can be found in station vestibules.

When do luggage labels become available

First time on P and o. Reading reviews nit sure it’s the right decision but booked and paid for. Question is when exactly are labels available?  It implies it’s when you fill in personal information and have a cabin number. Yes to both but no labels appear. Am I doing something wrong or have I got duff information?

I read that info myself yesterday. I have filled in personal info and have a cabin assigned (select booking) but no where can I see where to download luggage labels. So presume I need to wait until I can check in. Not sure why they give the inaccurate details though!

We sail 3 weeks yesterday and got labels yesterday. 

Not sure why instructions say different. 

Don't be put off by negative comments, thousands still manage to have a great time with P&O. 

They are not perfect, but we feel they still offer enough for us to have a fantastic holiday. 

Go with an open mind, I'm sure you will enjoy it.

As others have said you download your luggage labels after online check in and also boarding passes. For our upcoming cruise we were emailed directly by P&O (not via travel agent) exactly three weeks before advising us that "online check in is now open" however there was the warning when we did this "If your cabin has not been assigned yet, please continue to complete your personal details and check back later to download your luggage labels".

Many encounter this issue with luggage labels not being available. Known fixes are (1) log in from a different device and/or browser - in particular P&O website is notorious for not showing correctly on mobiles; (2) ensure you have completed every stage of the booking, including uploading a photo; and (3) if you have issues when downloading them, they may be in your download folder even if the webpage seemed to crash during the process.

Printed mine today.  3 weeks.

Help. You mention uploading a photo. I have no idea what this is nor how to do it. What is it and is it necessary please?

I believe it can all be done in port, but it is fairly easy to do. 

Clear instructions are on the personaliser. 

I managed it, so it can't be that difficult... 

If you try and they decide it is not suitable, they will just take them again at check in, so don't panic. 

All these things sound daunting but, believe me, it is all fairly simple.

It's one of the stages of the check-in process.  Have a look on your MyP&O it should clearly show what parts of the check-in have not been completed.  You need to complete all stages and then you can access you luggage labels.  I am sure you DIL will be able to assist you if you are having problems.

We never take a photo beforehand. It’s not mandatory.

Before your flight, because you dont see your luggage again into on the ship.

As far as I am aware you have to collect your luggage on arrival in Tenerife and take it to the coach? Was wondering myself whether to attach labels before flying to Tenerife or when we arrive. Any suggestions?

When ...   Before leaving home for the airport 

How  Bought some clear label tags for our cases ,easy to use and keeps rain off labels .

 Handy tip    We have a sheet  of A4 paper and written on it is .."  IF LOST PLEASE 

CONTACT   ..( our phone number )   THANK YOU "

This is placed inside the case on top of our belongings , so if our case was lost without labels someone could contact us ,rather than the case ending up in a lost property auction .

We never put our home address on the case just our mobile number .

We use these, I cut and paste the part of the luggage labels with the cabin details on to a sheet of A4 paper so I get 4 labels on 1 sheet then cut them out and fold them in half to fit the sleeves shown.

We’ve been using these plastic tags for years now. No better way to tag your bag with cruise line luggage labels. Amazon have them.

This is where these threads are really useful.  We have our first fly cruise in February and I hadn't given a thought about how those flimsy paper luggage labels would survive the baggage handlers at both ends..

Today, Amazon will be delivering some of these plastic tags to my door so thanks to those who flagged these up.
