Nothing special. Unacceptable wait for baggage on arriving in Calgary

Departure delay on a late night flight. Made us even later. Tired but got home.

Westjet forced me to put my carry-on baggage in check-in probably because I was assigned seat 23A (the last row seat), which had no cabin space, which is unfair. I wanted to carry on my luggage so that I don't have to wait at the airport for my luggage. Also, because there was no cabin space, I was forced to keep my laptop bag under the seat, which I didn't want to as I was carrying 2 laptops and charger. The airline should basically tell people that if you are assigned a last row seat, then you are not allowed a cabin baggage or a personal item.

Easy processing, flight time was quick and staff was professional and kind.

It was delayed by two ours very full no room to move

They seem to have squeezed out a little more legroom in these planes! It was very nice to not have to fold in half to fit in the seats!

Flight late …60 minutes No food No wifi No entertainment system A disaster!!!

No real issues just wasnt able to hear / understand any announcements flight attendant was making but everything else was really good- ended up checking my carry on case for free which made deboarding quicker. I would fly West Jet for all my flights.

Seat comfort could be much better but it was economy so......

Seats were comfortable and leg room was good. Slight delay for boarding but nothing too bad. Would fly with them again.

Flight was good and staff was efficient and friendly. Being a discount airline, they charge for carry on, food and beverages. I did not partake, but your survey doesn't have a n/a button. My only thing was that it felt like I was sitting on a cement block. My behind was sore after a couple of hours. I was not able to check in on line, so very thankful that the linecat the airport moved quickly. I think I will use Swoop in future if I just need to get somewhere and don't need to bring carry on bags.

Bring your own water, do not expect and comfort on the plan, and over priced gross processed food. Drinks were could (paid for) and saw we needed to bring our own water for a 5 hour flight. Kinda shitty you have to pay for carry on- same price and stowaway luggage. The luggage cost more than 2 round trips from Toronto to Victoria bc. Shocked at that

Airline did Not inform us is further delays to an already cancelled flight. Big chaos prior to boarding.

I would take swoop for a 1, maybe 2 hour flight MAX. Every thing is an up charge, even water. The seats don’t recline so it makes it very tough sitting in that small space. The crew was amazing though, they went above and beyond to try and make the experience comfortable. Also, we were delayed a total of 4 times - 5 hours.

I've flown with swoop a few times and always had a good experience. The crew are pleasant and helpful. Thanks

It’s a no frills airline, professional and gets the job done well.

Nothing at all. The flight attendants couldn’t care less about the passengers. Overheard 2 complaint about being “too tired to bother or care about anything”. Complaining about working 2 jobs and was even too tired to care about returning a lost pair of glasses that they just threw away. Never flying this crappy airline again.

Really nice flight barring a one hour delay, which was already informed. Staff at abbottsford check in counter was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Robin.

Lack of staff Airplane (even with upgraded seats) was not comfortable Boarding took extremely long, no system in place Inconsistent messaging on reason for delay

I sat near a man who continually took his mask off. He was told to put it on 3 different times. He would say “ oh sorry” then remove it as soon as they walked away. By the end of the flight they had given up and they all walked by him “maskless” and didn’t say anything. He coughed and sneezed throughout the flight

Food selection is very poor and sears are very uncomfortable.

Flight was 3 hrs late and another 2 hrs wait for baggage to arrive on carousel and a $7.00 food voucher that arrived as we were boarding our flight.

Seat rows so close together no one dares to put their seats back. Knees pressed against the seat in front, had to find a position putting my legs under the seat in front. But for 6 hours keeping that one position was ridiculous. All savings on the purchase price are taken back through charge backs for luggage $200 each way, Seat selection $44 per seat or you are seated by a computer randomly. Wife sat 5 rows away. Would avoid Flair in the future

The flight was safe (priority). Everything else is low-cost: too hard, delays, mediocre boarding, cost for carry-on and checked luggage.

Flair flight was 4 hours late due to not having a crew and the plane was filthy. Just water service Terrible experience flight 1513

Flair did not notify you when they changed gate number!

Can't be happy with a 5 hour delay. Only given $10 voucher for food and still EVERYTHING was an upcharge during the flight.

TThe first time I have ever flown with flare and both ways sucked

There was no entertainment There was no food or beverage service , not even a glass of water The plane door could not be opened upon arrival

I try to buy water the cabin crews told me I had to wait for them to come around with the trolley I waited over 2 hours !!!!! Literally 2 hours I was so thirsty .

The flight was canceled. We only found out at the airport. We had to book another flight which cost us more then the whole trip booked through Kayak. Lynx took our email and was supposed to write us with an alternate flight. We never received an email. They talked about reimbursement which was to be explained in the email (which we never received).

The online system for Lynx air to pay for additional baggage is not satisfactory. I was charged 100+$ for my suitcase when I tried to explain that the online payment was not functional using the app and showed screenshots of the same. In the end I gave up and paid and went ahead.

No snacks, just water.... could have been better. The actual flight was good.

Flight delayed by 4 hours but no communication. With passengers until after the posted departure time became apparent the flight was not going to board even close to on time.

Flight was sent canceled. The absolute most useless staff I have ever witnessed. Utterly careless - literally could not care less. 100% never using this airline again.

Poor communication at the check in counter and boarding gates.

Other then the screaming baby the flight was fine, nothing special

Check in experience was smooth, and the flight attendants were courteous and friendly. Very positive experience overall, thank you all!

Flight arrived late but other than that everything else okay

Great price for a new plane. Only offered water which we knew.

Air taxis? Terminal D? A peek into Orlando International Airport’s future plans

More than 60 million passengers expected at mco in 2024.

Justin Warmoth , Anchor

ORLANDO, Fla. – The busiest airport in Florida is about to get even busier.

More than 60 million passengers are expected to pass through the gates at Orlando International Airport in 2024 – a 10% jump from last year’s record 57.7 million passengers, according to Greater Orlando Aviation Authority CEO Kevin Thibault.

“Just to give you an example, between 2022 and 2023, we grew 15%,” Thibault said during an I-Drive Chamber of Commerce luncheon last week. “In planning purposes, we usually plan for 2-3%, so we basically grew five years in one year.”

Passenger volume isn’t the only growth story, though. As the nation’s fourth largest airport in terms of size, MCO is also expanding on its 12,000-acre property.

“I can fit JFK, MIA, and LAX in my footprint,” Thibault explained. “That’s how we were able to do Terminal C, and that’s how we’re able to do a lot of these expansions. I have the room to be able to build it without impacting current operations.”

[EXCLUSIVE: Become a News 6 Insider (it’s FREE) | PINIT! Share your photos ]

Thibault said the South Terminal Complex is the future. Another 24 gates will eventually open at Terminal C, and plans for another terminal – Terminal D – are in the works.

“Terminal C, when it’s fully done, will have 60 million passengers,” Thibault said. “Terminal D will have 60 million passengers. Terminals A and B, 25 million passengers. That’s what it really was designed for. We’ve eked out more capacity on that thing than we really should have.”

Other upgrades on the way for Terminal C include a pedestrian bridge – set to open Oct. 1 – that will connect Brightline passengers directly to the terminal. Crews are working to install moving sidewalks and finalizing a location for a new hotel as well.

A consolidated rental car facility is also in MCO’s long-term plans. Thibault said the goal is to build it on the south side of the airport near the 417.

“So it’s one way to pick up, one place to drop off, and it will not be where A and B are,” he said. “It’ll smooth out that whole A and B operation, take those cars out of there, and put them in their own dedicated space. By doing so, I’m going to free up 5,000 parking spaces in the garages.”

Another type of air travel is on the airport’s radar, too.

Thibault said he wants MCO to be a hub for advanced air mobility and plans to build a vertiport near Terminal C for electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOL) – air taxis, essentially – that will zip passengers around the region.

“If you arrive by Brightline or international carrier, and you want to take that last jump to downtown or the theme parks, it’s right there waiting for you,” he said.

News 6 recently spoke with Matt Broffman who is head of public affairs for Lilium, an eVTOL manufacturer based in Germany. He said the futuristic aircraft will take passengers from Orlando International Airport to Tampa in about 30 to 40 minutes at speeds of 175 mph.

“It feels so far off sometimes when you talk about technology like this, but the reality is that we’re certifying this aircraft in Europe in 2025, and shortly thereafter here in the U.S.,” Broffman said. “So, you could see aircraft flying here in Orlando as early as 2026.”

Magic makes Raptors disappear in sending Toronto to its seventh straight loss Back to video

No Poeltl, no Scottie Barnes (hand surgery), no RJ Barrett, whose family is mourning the death of Nathan Barrett, RJ’s younger brother, no bench, no reasonable chance to beat a decent team and one quickly realizes this season can’t end soon enough.

No shock here, but the Raptors’ losing streak did not end Sunday night when the Orlando Magic took care of business with a 111-96 victory, to send Toronto to its seventh straight defeat.

The Raptors return for a mini two-game home stretch, beginning Wednesday when Sacramento comes to town. OKC and Canadian mega-star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander pay a visit Friday night.

In other words, two more losses loom.

Once again, it was hard to fault the Raptors’ work effort and compete level on Sunday.

Your noon-hour look at what's happening in Toronto and beyond.

For those not paying much attention to the team’s plight, the current roster is simply not good. Even the previous makeup wasn’t that good, but it was clearly superior to what is being presently trotted out.

At halftime, they trailed the host Magic 52-47 but had some decent stretches.

One issue was a lack of three-point shooting as Toronto went 2-for-11.

Gary Trent Jr. lit it up in Friday night’s home loss to the Magic, but he was non-existent in the opening half Sunday in Orlando. It didn’t get much better in the second half as Trent finished the night by scoring 15 points after netting 31 two nights earlier.

The Magic began the third quarter by going on a 7-1 run, which would extend by two following Toronto’s second turnover of the period. Trent ended the run by drilling his first three-pointer, a clean look from the left wing with 8:27 remaining in the quarter.

Immanuel Quickley produced a three-point play when he got fouled on a make before converting from the line. Toronto then became too turnover-prone, made worse when Orlando began to make shots.

When Jalen Suggs nailed a three-pointer with 3:35 remaining following Toronto’s fourth turnover of the period, the Magic had built a 74-58 advantage.

A timeout was called by head coach Darko Rajakovic, a reset that seemed to settle the Raptors.

Jordan Nwora, for one, played with an aggressive edge by attacking the rim, emerging as the Raptors’ best player.

Nwora’s 18 points led the Raptors on this night, pretty much summarizing Toronto’s lack of offensive punch.

SOLID START

The Raptors went with what has become their regular starting group given the recent circumstances surrounding the team. At Orlando’s Kia Center, the unit held its own.

Collectively, the team outrebounded the home side following the game’s opening 12 minutes when the Raptors, despite the obvious size disadvantage, attacked the rim and retrieved misses that led to second-chance points.

Orlando led by as many as 10 points in the opening period before the Raptors responded by going on a 7-0 run.

While the start was good, Toronto was not able to sustain its level, which is quite predictable given the very nature of the roster.

Once again, Kelly Olynyk started at centre.

There’s a lot to like when it comes to his game and the impact Olynyk will have beyond this season when the Raptors, it is hoped, assembles a more complete roster.

The one area Olynyk can clean involves passing. There’s no doubt he’s among the best bigs, but he can’t leave his feet when attempting a pass, one of the game’s cardinal sins.

Olynyk had three turnovers in the opening half, the most by any player heading into the break. The Raptors had nine in an opening half that would see the visitors make seven trips to the foul line

Overall, there’s not much to complain about as Olynyk’s veteran presence and basketball smarts are consistently showcased.

He’s even beginning to develop a better feel playing with Quickley, which is evident in the two-man game from the elbow area on the floor.

Olynyk did not turn the ball over in the second half.

MAGIC MOMENT

Orlando’s win, its second over the Raptors in three nights represented win No. 40 on the season, a first for the franchise since 2019.

When the Magic reached the 40-win total five years ago, it went on to meet the Raptors in the opening round of the playoffs.

Orlando came into Toronto to upset the Raptors on a D.J. Augustin three-ball with 3.5 seconds left, but would promptly endure a gentleman’s sweep.

The 2019 Orlando team won 42 games during the regular season.a unit featuring the likes of Aaron Gordon, Nikola Vucevic, Evan Fournier and the now-retired Terrence Ross, to name a handful of players.

The current edition of the Magic is dotted with young, athletic and physical players who have a legitimate chance of growing together and evolving into a better side.

An upgrade at point guard will always be welcome as will additional shotmakers, who are always coveted in the NBA.

Not many expect the Magic to make much of a post-season run, but Orlando is nonetheless an emerging team, a description that does not apply to the Raptors.

For the record, the Magic is in contention for a home playoff berth as it remains in the hunt for the No. 4 seed in the East.

The problem is Orlando has built its record on the strength of beating bad teams, improving to 25-6 against opponents with sub-.500 records following Sunday’s win.

Orlando has not lost at home to a losing team this season.

Top 5 airlines serving from Orlando to Toronto

The main person that was coordinating everything was a short white/light skin Spanish man and he was very rude. It honestly made me feel like it was everyone’s First day at work. His announcements were very not reasonable and they did not make sense. The stewardess on the flight that made the announcements she didn’t even know what she was talking about she sounded inebriated. There were no snacks or drinks on our flight there wasn’t even much turbulence. This flight was not enjoyable nor was it what a Delta flight should be and just this past week I flew with Delta 3 times.

nothing Delta could do... the person sitting next to me was huge and overflowing into my seat

Crew was great! I need wheelchair assistance and they knew who I was and updated me that my chair was on its way and to just hang tight. There was some turbulence but the captain announced we would be going thru it and he handled the plane well. Landing was soft and his.

Aircraft very cramped. Check-in was great with an agent helping us. Food was almost non-existent. Pre-flight went well once I got the app reloaded on my phone since we don’t fly much anymore.

I like that it got us where we were going. Everything else needed work. It was 1/2 hour late and we took off an hour late. The plane had to be cleaned and the disabled loaded on board before we could take off which took forever and then we sat at the terminal FOREVER before we took off. The ride was so bumpy that they couldn’t serve drinks and snack but to about 1/2 the plane. Seriously we should have flown out of Fort Lauderdale. We probably would’ve gotten home several hours earlier.

Flight was on time, the staff was personable & professional, & the plane arrived on time.

Flight was great. DELTA did a fantastic job! FLL airport was chaotic!

You lost my luggage!!! How frustrating!!! Now they can’t find one of our bags!!!! I really don’t have time for this!!!

Fast boarding and exit. Different snacks other than almonds and sun chips.

The boarding agents appeared to do the minimum customer service. They did not appear to try to find solutions to problems.

not as spartan as an air Canada flight, less comfortable / no in-flight screen as compared to similar priced Air Transat flight. Crew Cabin were professional and approachable. They got the job done, safe flight, on time despite delay in take off.

There was no entertainment and no announcement till well after I and others asked about it, and no "compensation" (like a free snack)

4 hour delay, lost our bags, staff was loud and it was an overnight flight

Entertainment was the only issue. I did not have app & not equipped to watch movie on my phone. Used to other carriers with access to a screen for viewing. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great flight. Pilot was able to fully make up the 42 minute late arrival of the aircraft for an on time arrival in Toronto.

Westjet delayed then rebooked us on flights for economy class when we paid for business class and now need a refund for fare difference and they aren't getting back to us

Our plane entertainment system was out… That made for a very long flight. In my opinion, WestJet should consider a credit or a partial refund for that.

I liked when we actually were allowed to get on the airplane back to Edmonton… What could’ve been better well, not having our flight be delayed five hours could’ve been better… And then canceling our flight from Edmonton to Toronto, and then rescheduling us to fly from Honolulu to Edmonton -Edmonton to Vancouver, and then Vancouver to Toronto with a 12 hour layover in Edmonton pretty much was hell… Total travel time to get home 38 hours that’s really what could’ve been better. The two gate attendants for WestJet in Honolulu told us to come back to the gate to try to make other arrangements because they had to board the Calgary flight 1st and they didn’t have time to talk to me but by the time I came back when they told us to they said you should’ve come earlier to make these arrangements everyone else already changed their flights… We found out later that 30 people did not get on the 2:30 AM Edmonton flight. They ended up getting on the midnight flight to Calgary and making other arrangements to Toronto and so forth which we could’ve taken advantage of that if they had allowed us to when I initially had went up and approached the two gate attendance one of their names was Denise. One of the kindest WestJet employee was the one who received us in Edmonton, who felt so bad about the entire situation she got us for more meal vouchers and flew us first class from Vancouver to Toronto. In Honolulu they had given us two vouchers to use for dinner and they weren’t valid outside of Canada so we had purchased a meal and they were completely useless… But nowhere did it say that they could only be used in Canada So when we received more food vouchers in Edmonton, all of them did end up working in Canada, but it was just so convoluted. Overall, we have traveled to other countries even going as far as Africa… and that experience was far easier than flying to Hawaii from Canada I cannot believe any of this happened and how inconvenient it was We arrived, exhausted after 38 hours of travel, and could not even go to work on Monday. I look forward to hearing from KAYAK or from WestJet for some sort of compensation over the situation.

Flight late …60 minutes No food No wifi No entertainment system A disaster!!!

When there were a lot of empty seats in the plane it was nice that they allowed passengers to take another seat other than their own so that they can have more room.

Flight was smooth and comfortable. The crew were exceptional. Amanda, Nichole and Hershel were attentive to our every need. So friendly. My daughter and I were surprised at quality of service. Loved the double row seating. Snacks were delicious. We would definitely fly with Porter again. Flight PD 670 SFO to YYZ Thank you so much for the best flight experience we have had

The E195-E2 is a great aircraft! Leather seats, lots of legroom and SO quiet! The flight crew is terrific!

Check in was slow because of passenger ahead in Reserve line. Seats were somewhat uncomfortable.

Delayed by 2.5 hours. This happened previously on my flight from YOW to YVR on Dec. 26.2023. This is a terrible airline. The reason was there was lack of ground crew. This is a known event. AVOID PORTER AIRLINES IF YOU CAN. There is a reason half the plane was empty.

Flight delayed 6 hr. Looking for compensation and will claim for it.allow US people to fix to avoid huge delay having a canadian tech to fix it.

I didn’t make my flight due to poor weather and I had an accident driving there. I tried to get my money back or even credit and nothing. I have an entire flight both to Florida and back that I paid for and no one will give me any money back. I know this isn’t just Porter and it’s 3rd party- however airlines should allow these companies to take money for things they don’t get. I’m so upset. Who can afford a full flight they never take?

Flight Ottawa to Toronto canceled and no crew was available to direct me on what to do. I opened a file and I wait to be compensated.

New jet. Lots of leg room. On time departure. Early arrival. Reasonable airfare. Excellent online experience.

I had checked in online the day before but was instructed to collect our boarding passes when we arrived. I am not completely comfortable using the automated Kiosks and always enjoy the nostalgia of speaking with someone when checking in for a flight. Upon doing so however, we were immediately asked,"did you check in online already?" To which I replied, "yes, but we were asked to retrieve our boarding passes upon arrival." She then said, "that's what those machines over there are for. We really encourage people to use those." That unfortunately sparked a series of shortness and overall poor behavior in my opinion from the woman who checked us in. I understand it was early in the morning but I am always excited to experience flying and that interaction has unfortunately left a bitter taste in my mouth to the point I will forever now hesitate to book with Porter again. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Cheers, JD

Everything was fantastic, by far the best airline experience in Canada 🇨🇦!

Air Canada staff needs to be trained in hospitality. Most flight attendants are with attitude. Air Canada needs to carry additional food on board especially vegetarian plates as this category of travellers are on the rise. This is necessary for long distance flights. Blankets are cheap. Seats are not designed well Lower back portion should be thicker. Everytime thr passenger at the back of me took stuff or put stuff in the pocket of the seat in front of them which is my seat, I could feel them pushing or hitting on my chair.

The flight was more compact. The flight was more turbulent than usual. Otherwise no complaints.

Announcements were to loud, too insistent and too often. The same messages can be made in a nice relaxed, yet efficient manner. There is no need to "talk down" as if on a mild power trip. It's immature and unnecessary. This is a constant irritant especially with Air Canada. Learn from your European competitors to have a bit of class.

New Airbus 220 with all the amenities. Not sure why hot beverages were not served as flight turned out to be very smooth…

Flight delayed by 3 hours because of lack of available plane. So why were we notified on the morning of our departure? Is your scheduling that bad? We, in zone 4, were told to check in our 2 carry-ons because of lack of storage space in the plane. When we boarded the luggage spaces directly above us were empty and so were others. In fact there were many empty seats. If each passenger is allowed one carry-on why is that right revoked at the last minute at air Canada's whim? The AC app doesn't work. It refused to show our boarding passes, and track our luggage. In fact it indicated that the flight was on time even though it was delayed by over 3 1/2 hours

The cabin crew were really good!! Check in etc. was very good. We enjoyed the aisle seats as the plane was small! Couldn’t comment on the food as we didn’t order anything!

Plane had a problem with the steering mechanism, which causes a 2.5 hour delay while boarded.

Flight was on time and process was smooth and easy making travel manageable.

Date was for a day earlier than I realized and no email or text up on check in. At least I could have made an effort to re-arrange my schedule to use the flight. 100% write off + cost of new ticket.

On time, easy with no issues. Arrived 15 minutes earlier too.

How to get the best deal on Orlando theme park tickets this summer

travel deals toronto to orlando

Central Florida can swelter in the summer, with high temperatures and what feels like even higher humidity. But it’s still a popular time to visit the region’s theme parks .

This year, those who brave the heat can be rewarded with ticket deals at destinations like Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort and LEGOLAND Florida, all starting at under $100 a day. SeaWorld Orlando tickets drop as low as $60 on select dates.

Here’s what travelers planning summer theme park vacations should know.

How much is a ticket to Disney World?

Disney World tickets vary by date and park. For one-day, one-park admission for guests ages 10 and up, starting prices range from $109 at Disney's Animal Kingdom to $124 at Magic Kingdom.

However, the resort is offering two ticket deals for spring and summer.

  • The 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket costs $396, which works out to $99 a day. It includes one day at each of Disney World’s four theme parks, without park-hopping or repeating parks. Visits must start between April 2 and Sept. 22 and end within seven days of the start date.
  • The 3-Day, 3-Park Magic Ticket costs $267, which works out to $89 a day. It includes one day each at EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, without park-hopping or repeating parks. Admission to Magic Kingdom is not included. Visits must start between April 2 and Sept. 24 and end within five days of the start date.

Your next Disney trip could cost more, depending on when and where you visit

How much does it cost to get into Orlando’s Universal Studios?

One-day, one-park admission to either Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure starts at $119 for guests ages 10 and up.

Universal Orlando Resort is offering a 2-Park Play 4 Days Promotional Ticket starting at $306.99, however, which works out to just under $77 a day. Guests can visit both parks each day. Visits don’t have to be consecutive, but they must all fall within seven days of the start date. The deal is available through the mid-December on the resort’s website.

How can I save money at SeaWorld Orlando?

Non-discounted SeaWorld Orlando tickets cost $139.99, according to the park’s website, which offers various deals throughout the year.

The biggest deal of the year is available through March 24. It's a $60 throwback ticket in honor of SeaWorld’s 60th anniversary, which is March 21.

SeaWorld Orlando, San Antonio and San Diego are offering the specially priced tickets for select dates throughout the year for guests older than 2. Quantities are limited.

Who gets in free at LEGOLAND Florida?

Admission is free for guests under the age of 2 at LEGOLAND Florida .

After that, one-day theme park tickets start at $74 online or $119 at the front gate, according to the resort’s website. Admission to neighboring LEGOLAND Water Park or Peppa Pig Theme Park costs extra. There’s also a convenience fee for online purchases.

Travelers with the flexibility to visit by June 14 can get specially priced $29 kids tickets with the purchase of a full-priced multi-park ticket starting at $94. Up to four kids’ tickets, for children ages 2 to 12, can be purchased in one transaction.

Travelers should note LEGOLAND Florida is in Winter Haven, about 50 miles from Orlando.

Is Busch Gardens the most expensive?

No, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is not the most expensive theme park in Central Florida. Its website lists non-discounted tickets at $139.99, tying in price with sister park SeaWorld Orlando. Also, like SeaWorld, Busch Gardens’ website regularly offers discounts.

Its Spring Break Sale slashes the starting price to $99.99 for guests age 3 and up. The sale runs through March 24. Invariably, another deal will become available after this one expires.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is more than 80 miles from Orlando, but the park operates a free shuttle to and from Orlando for ticketed guests.
