Great service! Booked a two step holiday including a cruise so had loads of questions which were very patiently answered by email or phone. Holiday was good value and we rehashed dates etc several times before finalising once happy. Prompt replies and issue of tickets, info etc. would totally recommend Cassidys

Tried to book a hotel online
Tried to book a hotel online, was told had to be done over the phone. Booked over the phone but quote was 60 odd euro more expensive than online. Questioned the price and I was told to hold a minute. I was then quoted a price that was only "€10 more expensive than online" so it was easier to accept than continue the rigmarole. We were also given alot of info about passports, visas, and possible restrictions about other countries, but we were travelling in our own country so a bit too much jargon. On the bright side, anyone I delt with over the phone were polite and as helpful as could be.

Prompt efficient service..
I rang yesterday as I was booking my car into the Airport car park and I couldn't find my documentation with my flight details that I booked with Cassudy Travel in January. I spoke with Dylan and within less than a minute he had emailed all the flight details to me. Very satisfied, thanks Dylan

I made a call to Cassidy Travel and was attended by Ms. Carol Sammon who was very helpful. She made all the bookings for us but unfortunately my bank card did not work. However, later based on her bookings I could pay online and got the booking confirmed. She also explained to us about the taxes we had to pay additionally while in New York. Thank you Carol.

Super guidance
Shelly, thanks for making our booking process so straight forward. We had a particular budget in mind and a lot of holidays were over what we wanted to pay. Searching for bookings with free child places was a fab idea that we would never have considered booking online ourselves. We’re a little under budget thanks to this and have a beautiful resort awaiting us. Thank you

Problem free booking Ann and Pat Mc Menamy
Pat and I are Senior Citizens in our 70's and 80's and we book with a young lady named Lisa Memery and she makes everything smooth and easy and always gets us the Best value.

Awful RWC 2023
Had a dreadful experience at the rugby world cup. Had no information about departure times until the day of departure (ended up spending 12 hours in airport, apparently Cassidys MO is to charter a flight without a secured departure time slot) we started asking about the departure time weeks before, we couldn't get any information from the company. Also had to pay for our own taxi to hotel as there was no bus when we got there. The Cassidy reps over there on the ground were excellent and tried their best, but the company's main goal seems to be to maximise profit, not to ensure best customer experience. Would highly recommend just doing it all yourself, in our experience all cassidys did was make it much more expensive and troublesome.
