Prices are good , fast delivery but with only plastics bags . When i order sneakers boxes came in bad condition to France .

For a clothing site, there is no possibility of making an exchange. Huge fee (20€) if you want to return an item and get a refund. So no errors are allowed.

WRONG ITEM, NO REFUND…

I have spent £125.99 for a CP COMPANY OVERSHIRT and received the wrong item, a Tommy Hilfiger Baby outfit. This is cruise fashions mistake in which I have followed all instructions to return at the post office. Cruise have then rejected the sent item and are sending back a Tommy Hilfiger Baby outfit that is worthless to me.

Time wasters

My order was cancelled last minute, email said customer cancelled order, when I asked why order has been cancelled I was told item was probably out of stock when picked. Why not give me option to cancel if there’s going to be a delay and why is stock not checked when ordering. Would never use company again. Still haven’t been refunded either.

Beware false advertising.

I ordered a coat that was clearly marked with Frazer Plus price so I got the Frazer Plus app,purchased the coat and was charged the full Cruise sale price.After messaging Cruise about this they told me message Frazer Plus who then told me to contact Cruise!Between them,3 weeks later they can't make a decision if I'm getting the coat at the advertised price so I will be sending it back and not ordering of either company again.

DO NOT WASRE YOUR MONEY!! I purchased some Versace trousers from this company, they was fake!! The tag just didn’t look right, the stamp on the tag wasn’t pristine like all genuine Versace tags, I then scanned the QR which then took me to the Versace site, and the item could not be recognised, checked several times with the same result, so we contacted cruise fashion customer support, they was pretty useless going back and fourth with emails, because they refused to call after we asked to speak to a person!!we was then contacted my flannels, both company admitting they take this serious, however sending pictures of the product Jogging bottoms, a picture of the tag and the screen shot of Versaces authentication check,I received an email about shoes and how the shoes are quality checked, WE DID NOT BUY SHOES!! As in all email trail it’s states trousers, what is this quality check? open packaging yes it’s in there, and send it back out, as this was priced at £600 surely the first thing you’d check is the items are authentic, it takes 2 mins using the tag, as this is supposed to be a high end store it’s disgusting to think that you’re spending a premium price for what’s seems to be fake product!! To summarise. what else has been sent out or sold that isn’t authentic, as clearly this isn’t checked and even when you do have an issue customer service on both ends, cruise and flannels are more than useless, this will now be brought to the attention of trading standards Perfect reply!! See below the whole reason I had written this review is because your agents are useless!!

Starting to get a bit frustrated

I have used Cruise Fashion many times, and always been happy (although a bit slow delivery, but I can live with that) So I ordered a pair of Balenciaga boots, they are starting to break apart within 10 days after only wearing them 3 times. I contact them, and they offer me a solution to return them and get an exchange pair if they have in stock, or a refund. Which is fine, but if they are not in stock, they will refund me, even though I want the boots. There is no repair solution? they offer me 10% of the price if I keep the boots, but then I have a pair of broken boots I need to have fixed, and what if they break again? I am told if they break again that I can return them, so I accept that solution. But then the agent switches around and says he has to ask a senior agent? So he/she didn't know if that was the case? The boots are also available online in their webshop, but the agent says they are not? I'm so confused, I can buy them, and return these and get a new pair, but I can't just get a swap? I'm not left with a feeling of safety that they will infact help me if they break again, enough to keep the boots, so I choose to return them. I ask for a label, and the agent will send me one right after the chat ends. I RARELY get the email from them as they say, and no email has arrived in my inbox. I also want to return a Balenciaga jacket, but the return system locks me out from this because I needed to change something while I was doing itm so I go back and now the page just fails when I enter my order number etc. So now I can't create a label, and have to wait for them to "delete the old label" - shouldn't this just be a simple "I'll send you a label so you don't have to wait for our system to fix this"? I would recommend Cruise to be more clear in communication, send the emails you promise to send, and take the customer by the hand so they don't feel unsure wether things are actually being taken care of. I will buy from them again if this is actually working out as it should. Right now though, I have a feeling that it won't :( I will update my review based on how it all turns out, so the current 2 stars is based on how I am feeling right now. UPDATE: 16. february: I now got the shipping label to return the faulty boots. Still can't access the return portal for the jacket, and they want me to pay for the shipping myself and refund me (which is 140£) - I'm not gonna put that down and risc being told "you should have used our return portal". UPDATE: 21st february: Managed to ship evverything together. I get the money back for the jacket, but they don't want to take back the boots stating that there is no production error. Hmmm glue coming apart between the sole and shoe itself after 3 wears and owning the boots for 10 days? Still trying to fight this verdict, and unfortunately the replies I keep getting are from people who aren't reading my previous emails. They keep asking for more photos of the boots, but the boots are in THEIR POSSESSION! At this point it's 1 star customer service. UPDATE: 22. february: Boots are still defect. Cruise/Flannels refuse to do anything and have shipped them back to me. They won't repair the boots, exchange them or refund me? Where is my warranty rights with this company? UPDATE 28th of February: Boots got back to me, destroyed box, none of my receipt documents. I still have not received a customs document to ship them back, nobody understands what I am saying. One person says they have the boots in their warehouse and will check them again, but they were already with the mail on their way back to me. Now I’m chatting with someone who doesn’t understand anything. I am literally gonna cry soon, I’m so frustrated! I don’t know what to do at this point!

Please do not use this site, paid premium price for used/worn goods which I returned with no apology or even acknowledgement that the goods were effectively 2nd hand. No customer service and although they have had my money for over 2 weeks and say it has been refunded still not received original cost of £283 never mind £9.00 it cost me to return used goods. Avoid and save your self a lot of grief.

Just every body make sure that when they are buying any hight products from cruise, COMES IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, not in the just a dust bag ! You don’t want to Give a gift to some one in the only dust bag or a normal box ? Don’t you? Specifically when the value of the product is over £1000 at least. Then they will offer you to send the delivery money in to your bank. That’s not acceptable and cheap.

Great pieces, good prices, shocking delivery and returns charges

Great products at great prices in the Cruise sale that were delivered very quickly using standard delivery. Returns and exchanges were also processed very quickly. However, unlike other premium brands and retailers Cruise charges too much (£6.99) for standard delivery and do not offer a free returns service. As you are buying expensive goods, it makes the cost of any returns very expensive when covering the value of the items. I paid £11.50 to send items that did not fit back meaning that despite trying to get bargains in the sale I spent almost £20 on delivery and returns. This now seems to be the standard for all Sports Direct owned companies which is very out of step with the wider market in the current online shopping era and is indicative of a company obsessed with profit at the expense of customer care and the customer experience. Having often shopped with Cruise online I will now think very carefully before doing so again.

Wrong Colour !

I ordered a T and shirts which were the same colour, sky blue. The shorts are good but the T is more green than sky blue!

Balmain T-shirt

I ordered a balmain T-shirt, when it arrived it was a completely different T-shirt to the one on the website. Was surprised to find after paying so much money I had to pay for return postage even after using next day delivery. Ordered another T-shirt which was fine.

New trainers?!

Purchased some trainers from here listed as new, first time using Cruise, they sent my Adidas in a tatty box with no tags and marks like they had been worn, waste of time as this company is supposed to have high standards, they dont reply back to emails either; would not bother purchasing from them again and neither should you!

Gucci trainers

I bought these for my daughters birthday and she absolutely loves them. They look great on and can be worn with a summer dress or with jeans. In fact I’d love a pair too! They arrived in lovely Gucci packaging less than 24 hrs after I ordered them. All in all a great service and a great pair of shoes.

For a clothing site, there is no possibility of making an exchange. Huge fee (20€) if you want to return an item and get a refund. So no errors are allowed.

WRONG ITEM, NO REFUND…

I have spent £125.99 for a CP COMPANY OVERSHIRT and received the wrong item, a Tommy Hilfiger Baby outfit. This is cruise fashions mistake in which I have followed all instructions to return at the post office. Cruise have then rejected the sent item and are sending back a Tommy Hilfiger Baby outfit that is worthless to me.

Time wasters

My order was cancelled last minute, email said customer cancelled order, when I asked why order has been cancelled I was told item was probably out of stock when picked. Why not give me option to cancel if there’s going to be a delay and why is stock not checked when ordering. Would never use company again. Still haven’t been refunded either.

Beware false advertising.

I ordered a coat that was clearly marked with Frazer Plus price so I got the Frazer Plus app,purchased the coat and was charged the full Cruise sale price.After messaging Cruise about this they told me message Frazer Plus who then told me to contact Cruise!Between them,3 weeks later they can't make a decision if I'm getting the coat at the advertised price so I will be sending it back and not ordering of either company again.

Part of FLANNELS……AVOID at all costs!

Ordered from this company as Flannels cocked up my order before xmas. They sent a Viv Westwood shirt with the wrong collar. Thought I was getting a different company but NO……CRUISE appear to be part of the same shoddy clown service that is Flannels. So imagine my delight when I opened my parcel to find a WHITE polo shirt instead of a black one……it’s even on the label on the package that it’s a black top. I have never come across a company so utterly useless. I would avoid both CRUISE and FLANNELS AT ALL COSTS. They’re shoddy, useless and have zero customer service skills

Free delivery spending £500+ ? Nope

Found a few good deals in the sale, but was disappointed having to pay over the odds for delivery when spending hundreds of pounds... to match this when I want to return items, including one that arrived with tags detatched and labels hanging off (off white t shirt) I still have to pay for the return postage? Get with the times.

Would give zero if I could, bought versace handbag and it was delivered with the security tag still attached. Saved up and bought for special occasion and could not use it without looking like a shoplifter. Customer services finally got back to me a week later and as a goodwill gesture would return the delivery fee if I schlep to SPORTS DIRECT where they will remove the tag! Or if I prefer, they would send pre paid delivery bag to collect item to remove the tag then return it to me, I would not be reimbursed delivery for this option seeing as they are doing the leg work rearranging to have it collected, clearly makes up for the fact I couldn't use my bag I spent my hard earned money on! Will not buy from here again, I don't particularly like ordering something and waiting weeks to be able to use it, or setting the alarms off in the local sports direct to see if they'll get the tag off my handbag that I paid for. High end service for high end brands or what!

After many of good experiences in your stores, this year after trying to return an item that was bought on line to your store in shirebrook to be told it needs postings back to same address they are 😞. Then after taking it back to the new Derby store it was excepted an exchange given but however chose item on shop floor in sale our size was bought from storeroom which had sale price on it manager put it through till came up full price said she’d withdraw it from sale if need be if said price wasn’t paid. HOW DOES THIS WORK complete JOKE will definitely be doing more shopping at 18 Montrose in Nottingham.
